⇞ My blog title may appear that I am someone who is out traveling the world ⇞
Not the complete truth. I do explore different places in nature, but that is not what explore means to me. Exploring to me represents searching for meaning in my life and understanding the world around me better while lifting those around me to do the same.
I’ve always had a hunger for knowledge and understanding. It’s allowed me to explore many aspects of my life as well as the world around me. The excitement of living and learning fills my days with gratitude as I continuously experience growth—spiritually, mentally, and physically.
My mindset doesn’t mean that I am always in a perfectly happy mood. I have plenty of balance that comes from the highs and the lows. I combine all of my life’s experience to coach others to dig deeper into who they are to improve many aspects of their lives.
Some areas that I work within include helping others develop a greater level of self-awareness, discipline and structure, self-acceptance, understanding life’s highs and the lows, improved parenting, relationships, and the ability to make the changes you desire by exploring within yourself.
“What I must do is all that concerns me, not what the people think…It is the harder, because you will always find those who think they know what is your duty better than you know it. It is easy in the world to live after the world’s opinion; it is easy in solitude to live after our own; but the great man is he who in the midst of the crowd keeps with perfect sweetness the independence of solitude.”~Ralph Waldo Emerson
“If there’s one thing I’ve learned on my time here on earth is we shouldn’t ask what the world needs, ask what makes you come alive. Because what the world needs most, is more people who come alive.”~Unknown
“I have realized that the past and future are real illusions, that they exist in the present, which is what there is and all there is.”~Alan Watts
