Whatever the relationship is—friends, family, partners, you should never feel drained, devalued as a human, or under-appreciated. Emotional abuse is often seen by some people as less detrimental than other abuse—I strongly disagree; emotional abuse is real.

There is so much that I can write and talk about regarding toxic behaviors. Having been the victim of emotional abuse, it is a subject that I am passionate about sharing with others.
