What it really means to trust the process and how understanding it can be life changing

Trusting the process is a phrase we often hear; depending on your beliefs and perspective can determine what it means to you. It’s crucial to take the time and think about what trusting the process truly means. Doing so just may change your thinking and your life.

it’s the only way

I’ve heard the expression for years, but living by it wholeheartedly was often met with friction because of my stubborn mind. Like most of us, I want results right now, yesterday, if possible—but I’ve learned that this is not realistic and can slow us down, if not put our progress to a screeching halt.

We must let go, though. There is no other way. It’s time to step out of your comfort zone and try something new.

We try too hard to control the outcome of things like trying to force a square peg into a round hole. No matter how hard you push, it won’t go, at least not without damaging the peg first.

In this video, I talk about how trusting the process has given me a new perspective on my goals and how it makes me feel today.
